Last Updated: March 5, 2024

The services I provide can be applied diversely. The guidelines described in this document address a guide of acceptable conduct as a commitment to integrity and excellence in practice as a service provider.

My responsibility to my clients:

  1. Do no harm. It is my intention to act in the best interest of my clients.
  2. Confidentiality. Client communication in sessions is confidential. If I would like to share anything that has been discussed during our session, including your charts (without birth data) I will ask you for permission in writing. Breach of confidentiality may apply in the event that I am required to be a Mandatory Reporter.
  3. Accurate data. I intent to use the best quality of data that I can, which means that I require accurate birth information. I reserve the right to deny service to anyone who does not have the accurate data needed to perform the service.
  4. Ongoing education. I am committed to continuing my professional education including but not limited to courses, reading, attending conferences and events and trainings.
  5. Integrity of services. Intending to clearly communicate policies, expectations, rates and my ability to deliver services including what to reasonably expect.

My responsibility to the general public:

  1. Integrity – Performing my work with the highest standard of integrity and personal competence.
  2. Scope of Practice – I only practice in areas where I feel competent. I do not claim to practice or offer any service or expertise that is outside of what I feel competent in and/or am qualified to offer.
  3. Objectivity – I am committed to using the tools and information objectively and not using them to promote my own personal ideologies and belief systems.
  4. Public Image – I maintain an accurate public image, one that people can easily identify as me when meet me.
  5. Communication – I communicate as clearly and professionally as I can when presenting verbal and written communications to the public.

My expectations of clients:

  1. Courtesy. Should you have any experience that is unpleasant, uncomfortable or hurtful, please address this in a courteous manner. Scheduling time to converse is the preferred way, however, Bianca and client can work together to agree on a method of conflict-resolution that suits the engagement.
  2. Integrity. Please be as truthful as you can be. By no means do you have to share anything that you do not want to share, but please do not lie about anything. The expectation is that you will be truthful with what information you do choose to share.
  3. Discernment. Anything that you receive from any interaction with Bianca, whether it’s through this website, her services or any other platform you might find her on, is to be taken at your own discretion. She is by no means inferring with any guidance, information or otherwise, any prescription or directive that you must abide by. You are the authority on your own life. You make your own choices and you must take responsibility for that.
  4. Respect. Bianca holds each client in the highest regard and expects a mutual respect for each other as human beings, who are each on their own learning journey and are still human. She is not an authority on your life, she is a human being, just like you. Please respect that.
